Styles of Yoga
For both adults and children. Experience how a one-on-one yoga session can expand your practice, accelerate your healing, and help you reach your goals. I will work with you and/or your child to develop an appropriate program to suit your personal needs.
Chair Yoga is suitable for all levels of experience - from the absolute beginner to anyone seeking improvement in mental and physical strength, balance and flexibility. Chair Yoga is wonderful for people with physical limitations or conditions where they are unable to get up and down off the floor. Classes move at a gentle pace with a strong focus on the breath.
Traditional yoga poses are held with the assistance of props, blankets, and pillows to gently allow the body to relax and restore balance.
Yoga for kids! Public classes for preschool (ages 3-5), school age (5-8), and tweens (9-11). School groups (homeschooled or public) from grades Kindergarten - 5th grade are also available for yoga instruction. Private, individualized one-to-one instruction available, as well.
